You can download release 3 by clicking this link. Any feedback is appreciated. I fixed a nasty memory leak that’s been around since R2, so performance should be improved in all cases. There was a problem with how the C# garbage collector handled some strings on the HUD, and it turns out that none of the strings were ever deallocated. It created a massive memory leak, since the strings were updated every nanosecond.

It’s fun to play around with the tv texture. I’ll change the code in the future so that it will play anything you dump in the video folder. Right now, the video paths are hard-coded into the application.
