I uploaded a (brief) demo of release 3. It shows how movies can be viewed in the 3d scene. It took a lot longer than I expected to implement this, but this was more or less the last significant technological hurdle. You can download it by clicking this link. The choppiness is due to the recording tool that was used, not the application itself.
We want to use this functionality to implement something like a television. Using a keyboard or a Wiimote, a user should be able to switch to other videos.
